Article 1: If you have not received your product and want to exercise your right to exchange it, you must first request cancellation for the product you purchased (in accordance with the Cancellation Conditions).

Article 1a: If your change request complies with the cancellation conditions; Your order will be canceled and your new order will be processed.

Article 1b: If the price of the product you are replacing is higher than the price of the product you want to replace, Brosch Design will refund the price difference in the same way you made the payment when creating a new order.

Article 1c: If the price of the product you are replacing is less than the price of the product you want to replace, your new order will be created after you pay the price difference.

Article 2: After placing an order, we can process your request to change the product color on the day you place your order or until the next day at the latest. If you request a color change afterwards, we can do it for the previous fabric cost + new fabric cost.

Article 3: You have received the product and want to exercise your right to exchange it; You must first return the product you purchased to Brosch Design (in accordance with the Return Conditions).

Article 3a: If your exchange request complies with the return conditions, the order of the new product you want to purchase will be placed after the return of the product you previously purchased reaches Brosch Design.

Article 3b: If the price of the product you are replacing is higher than the price of the product you want to replace, Brosch Design will create a new order after receiving your product and refund the price difference in the same way you made the payment.

Article 3c: If the price of the product you are replacing is less than the price of the product you want to replace, Brosch Design will receive your product and create your new order after you pay the price difference.

*Arbitrary Return: This is a situation where the Right of Withdrawal is exercised within 14 business days and does not originate from Brosch Design. In order to use this right, you must pay a refund fee of 100 TL.
