Cancellation and Refund Policy

Article 1: You have the right to return the product within 14 days, except for the following situations.

Article 1a: Special order: Personalized fabric covering, foot color change, size change, corner direction change, etc. If there are such situations, the product cannot be returned.

Article 1b: Hygienic products: They are personalized products due to their structure, and such products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (mattresses, pillows, textile products)*.

Article 1c: Installed products: Products that come disassembled and installed by us or our customer cannot be returned.

Article 2: Products that are not returned with their original packaging cannot be refunded. If the original package is not available, we request that the product be packaged in a way that will not be damaged during transportation.

Article 3: If there is a problem arising from the production of the product, you can return the product free of charge within 30 days.

Article 4: For products with cargo: The shipping fee is not refundable for the arbitrary* return of the products for which the shipping fee has been charged. You have the right to return products for which no shipping fee has been collected, for a refund fee of 20 TL.

Article 5: For transported products: The shipping fee is not refundable for the arbitrary* return of the products for which the shipping fee has been charged. You have the right to return products for which shipping costs have not been collected, for a refund fee of 100 TL.

Article 6: Outlet products cannot be returned. For this reason, you can find detailed information about our outlet products on the product detail page.

Article 7: Product size does not fit your home: We indicate the product dimensions on our website, returns are excluded from our return conditions because the size does not fit your home. Before purchasing the product, we kindly ask you to make important checks such as whether it can be carried in your apartment, whether it fits in your room, whether it can pass through the door, etc. before ordering.

Article 8: For products sent by cargo, we request that you check the product package for damage upon delivery. If there is any damage to the product package or the product, submit a "Damage Detection Report" to the cargo officer and do not receive the product. Or if you give up on the product without opening it when it arrives (However, this is possible except for the cases we mentioned above. In other words, no color change, special measurements, etc. were made on the product. You may not receive the product and return it to cargo. In both of these cases, we kindly ask you to contact our customer services at (0850) 441 00 49.

Article 9: For products returned by cargo, you must provide us with the cargo tracking number. Otherwise, your refund may not be made or the process may take longer.

Article 10: Your refund will be made after the product arrives at Brosch Design; If it is undamaged and in compliance with the return conditions, except for the cases you have previously specified, the order will be issued within 3 business days (In arbitrary* return cases, when refunding the fee, it is taken into account whether a lower-limit coupon was used in the order).

Article 11: In cases of return that may occur after the use of the gift vouchers earned, no refund will be made and a new gift voucher of the same amount will be given.
